Anup is a thought leader and a seasoned professional with deep understanding of multiple businesses and verticals. His experience spans across all aspects of BPO - Consultative Sales, Operations/Delivery, Solutions & Pre-Sales, Business head, COO for a TPA entity, Shared Services head for a large bank amongst others. Anup has led successful execution of large customer programs ranging from $10M in Total Contract Value to $250M over the years.

Dharmesh Syal has worked in the Technology industry for more than two decades managing Strategy, Business Solutions and Infrastructure & Security for Telecom and Enterprise customers globally. He is currently Vice President at Mahindra Satyam, managing the Infrastructure Managed Services business unit. Previously he managed the Telecom Practice at Global System Integrators including PwC, IBM and Satyam building and delivering Infrastructure and Business solutions.
Dharmesh has led a variety of technology Infrastructure transformation initiatives including introduction of utility computing models, IT Platform cloud solutions, Integrated Threat Management, Mobility Service Platforms, Data Privacy Management, Network on Demand, among others. He has led development of Information security solutions for integrated risk and data theft management.
Dharmesh has presented at leading forums including TMF, TeleStrategies, Oracle Open World, CNBC Business, WEF Cyber Security and regularly participates at industry events. |

Jagdish leads CanvasM's bid which is a joint venture between Motorola Inc. and TechMahindra to become the leading VAS enabler for the global communications industry. Jagdish holds extensive experience in the areas of business development, IT project management and marketing in the global information services market.
Prior to moving into this role, Jagdish was the head of the Global Managed Services function in Tech Mahindra where he helped build strategic relationships and business with key telecom accounts. Jagdish holds a master's degree in Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of London.
Jagdish has been a key speaker and a participant at global industry forums of media, broadcast and telecommunications focused on Mobile Value Added Services (MVAS). Under his thought leadership, CanvasM has been awarded the title of "Best Start-Up Company" at the Mobile Content Awards '08 held in London from a list of over 150 entries in various categories from companies across the globe. |

CTL provides strategic insights and drives the vertical centric go-to-market differentiated solutions to enable Mahindra Satyam to realize stretch growth objectives.
Lakshmanan brings over two decades of rich and varied global outsourcing business experience spanning Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, Strategic Account Management & New Business Development. Prior to joining Mahindra Satyam, he was a key member of Syntel’s leadership team (since 2001), responsible for charting its growth in North America. His prior leadership roles include Bahwan CyberTek (Chief Operating Officer - USA) and an association with the HCL group spanning eleven years (varied leadership positions across Sales, Marketing and General Management).

Manish is a senior executive with over 17 years in the Technology sector with experience and exposure to Global business having performed and led various initiatives in North America, Asia Pacific and India.
Manish has been associated with Tech Mahindra for over 10 years in various capacities. His expertise lies in building and simplifying organizations, developing high performance management teams and streamlining operations. He has a track record of increasing profitability, consistently exceeding revenue objectives, and of developing innovative solutions to business problems.
He joined Tech Mahindra as Manager Alliances and quickly advanced to Regional Director, South East and North Asia. He was then tapped for the role of Assistant Vice President and Head of Operations. Recently, he moved over to become the Vice President North America and Client Partner.
In his current role, Manish leads Client Relationships that involves over 3500 personnel delivering high quality business and operational results to leading Telecom companies. Under his leadership, the sales organization has consistently exceeded their goals each year.
Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Manish worked for few Telecom Technology firms including servicing as Business Lead (Design and Manufacturing) for Godrej Telecom India.
Mr. Vyas holds an MBA from Mumbai University and BE degree (Electronics) from Nagpur University, both in India. |

Sandip Bhattacharya

Sandip is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years of diverse experience in many industries, countries and domains. As Vice President, he who would be playing a key leadership role within EBS, responsible for leading the effort towards winning transformational / strategic large deals. He has managed large programs - from bid management, contract negotiations and delivery.
He has a very hands-on "bring-it-on" approach and can deal with CXOs as well as individual team member with flair. Sandip believes that learning is living and finds opportunities to learn new technologies, methods, or for that matter even a new musical instrument.
