Mahindra Satyam’s Campus Link program aims at working with Engineering and Management Colleges to produce “Industry-Ready” Quality students to meet the growing demands of IT Industry.  The impediments which cause disconnect between the demands of the IT industry and the skills of fresh college pass-out professionals are addressed by the campus link initiative program. Mahindra Satyam recognizes that colleges require active cooperation from the industry for enhancing Quality of Students and make them easily employable

Our Campus Link program envisages engagement from guest lectures, online programs, designing the technical content of the curriculum, adopting pedagogy and shaping personalities so that they can be nurtured to become global leaders. This entails active contribution of the college management, faculty and students in collaboration with the Campus Link team of Mahindra Satyam.

Mahindra Satyam’s Campus Link program has the following objectives:

• Reach out to colleges and help students understand the requirements of IT industry
• Foster engagement by providing direct exposure of the industry expectation to the students by providing access to customized courseware, projects, guest lectures, online programs etc.
• Work closely and provide thought leadership in influencing the curriculum and initiatives that will improve quality of engineers
• Provide insights into industry trends, case studies, train the trainer and bring relevancy to the industry through Faculty Leadership Program
• Enable colleges to align their curriculum and keep abreast with the needs of IT industry

Guest Lectures - Interactions with senior leaders of Mahindra Satyam, on campus

Senior associates from Mahindra Satyam visit the Institution and deliver talks to students on business practices, technology, expectations of the company, team values and challenges encountered in the delivery of projects, etc. This would supplement the course curriculum and help students understand and become aware of the latest technologies and also to appreciate the Industry better

Webinars - Experiencing Mahindra Satyam’s Virtual Learning from anywhere on this planet

These are online Seminars and are delivered the virtual way. Webinars are delivered remotely to students on campus by Mahindra Satyam. A Webinar necessitates the Institution to have certain basic infrastructure like computer systems with speakers & microphone, Internet connectivity etc.

Faculty

Faculty Leadership Program (FLP)

Faculty Leadership Program aims to share Mahindra Satyam’s teaching practices with faculty from select Universities/Colleges. The objective of the program is to introduce faculty to the global IT landscape and help them identify the gap and fill, that exists between Academia and the Industry. The faculty would gain an understanding of Mahindra Satyam’s Entry Level Program and the essential soft skills required in the IT industry. The program would enable participants to identify the skill sets required for students who choose IT as a career option.

IT Workshops

The objective is to give students an understanding of the IT industry. This consists of modules that cover soft skills essential to make a transition from College-to-Corporate. These workshops are conducted at colleges by behavioral and technical faculty.

Research program:

The Program aims at conducting advanced studies and special projects (based on current market requirements) in emerging technology areas.
