Mahindra Satyam takes immense pride in reaching out and impacting the lives of associates across the world. Towards this end, we have launched the Crossover (X-Over) program, which is a collaboration between a variety of Global Exchange Partners and Mahindra Satyam to engage young talent proactively in creating its next crop of leaders from a diverse background. The idea behind this is to enhance the dynamic outlook in terms of its reach and leadership potential in areas where the company explores business opportunities while creating multi-cultural work environment for its employees.

Mahindra Satyam focuses on cultural diversity, through which it endeavors to attract and retain talent to achieve a dynamic and global reach across the nations it is present in.

The X-Over program in Mahindra Satyam is arguably the most challenging, enhancing and most fulfilling internship program.  It lasts for a period of 12-18 months and focuses on developing an individual socially in terms of working and living in India.  Based on the performance of the individuals, they are given the option of either being relocated to any other location across the 66 countries the company is present in or contracted to work out of India as an Associate.

The X-Over program offers challenging module on various fronts including leadership, communication, cultural understanding and innovation. The program also offers learning opportunities from our world-renowned Mahindra Satyam School of Leadership and technology centers.
