The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized a HR Conclave 2010 on 23 July 2010 at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi. The Conclave, built around the theme of “Towards Excellence in HR”, brought together industry spokespersons and HR thought leaders in panel discussions to deliberate various aspects of excellence in HR and what constitutes best practices in HR at the Conclave.
Hari T, Chief People Officer, Mahindra Satyam, joined the conclave as a panelist for the panel discussion on “Cultural integration in M&A: Critical to a Successful Deal”.
