End-to-End Retail systems Integration
Mahindra Satyam has developed a framework which serves as a POC to demonstrate how disparate systems across the retail process landscape could be integrated to provide OneView of End-to-End business.
This POC hosted in our Retail COE serves as a workbench to accelerate development activity and reduce implementation time.
The current version of POC integrates JDA PMM (Merchandising), Manugistics (Demand and Fulillment), SAP (Manufacturing) , Oracle (WMS) and POS (Retail Sigma- a home grown in-store point of sale solution)

Consignment Inventory Framework
Many Retailers in the world sell products that are on consignment from vendors. In this process, the Retailer does not buy the product until it is sold and hence does not own the inventory thereby necessitating the Retailer from not accounting the inventory in the books/ledgers.
Most merchandising operations management solutions do not have the ability to handle the management of products on consignment. At Mahindra Satyam we have developed a framework to address the management of consignment products and inventory. This framework could be used in conjunction with any of the popular merchandising solutions from major vendors.

Retail Sigma
Retail Sigma is a framework for In-Store solutions for Small and Medium Retailers.
RETAIL SIGMA integrates every retail management function from the Point-of-Service to the back office. It can track customers using CLP (Customer Loyalty Program) and enhances sales by providing value-added services.
Highly scalable and configurable, RETAIL SIGMA is also modular. Depending on your specific needs, you can choose to have just the Front-end and Retail back-office modules or add any/all of the other discrete modules such as e CLP, Promotions, Purchase, Inventory etc.
