Our Telecom Analytics group offers a comprehensive data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. The acquisition of Knowledge Dynamics, a leading innovator in telecom analytics, helped us strengthen our competencies further with a framework known as iDecisions.
iDecisions offers both base and derived metrics tapping data stores from CRM/Billing systems, Product Catalogue and OE, Network Management Systems and NE (Network equipment), Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management systems.

Next Generation Portals
We partner with companies such as Microsoft, BEA and IBM to create frameworks that enable different elements in IT subsystems to communicate effortlessly. In practical terms, this will help “internal” users, such as customer agents, to provision new services seamlessly from a single user portal. For customers, this translates to powerful self-service portals for billing and CRM activities.
Using a service-oriented architecture, our NextGen Portal solutions integrate legacy applications into one framework. Through this single, unified application, the service provider will be able to create, deploy, and execute services in a scalable manner. By enabling different applications –legacy and new –on the same framework, these new portals will ensure that old IT investments are optimized without compromising support for new IP-led services.
