Satyam to announce Fourth Quarter & Annual
Results on April 20, 2007
Hyderabad (India), April 06, 2007: Satyam
Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), the leading global consulting
and information technology services company, will announce
both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its fourth quarter
and year ended March 31st, 2007, on the morning of April 20,
2007 (IST).
The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s
founder and Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, member
of the board & president, commercial and healthcare businesses,
and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance
of the quarter.
The call will be at 6:00PM IST (8:30 PM in Hong Kong and Singapore,
1:30 PM in London and 8:30 AM in New York) on April 20, 2007.

A replay of the conference calls will be available two hours
after the call on April 20th and till April 27th, 2007.
