| February 14, 2012: This is in continuation to our announcement made in October and December 2011, under this section, wherein we had communicated our intent to undertake the SA 8000 certification audit. We would like to update you that the ODC of one of our large Consumer Product Group customers had undergone the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit successfully and has been recommended for SA 8000 Certification by our external auditors. We are pleased to inform you that there were no non-conformances reported in the audit, except a few potential areas of improvement and comments that were shared with us. These are being addressed adequately. The auditors have noted a few good practices regarding transparency in communication at all levels and the top management's commitment in implementation of the standards. |

| December 14, 2011: This is in continuation to our announcement made in October 2011, under this section, wherein we had communicated our intent to undertake the SA 8000 certification audit. To this effect, a management review meeting had been conducted, wherein aspects pertaining to SA 8000 compliance were reviewed and discussed and there were no areas of concern noted. Further, we would like to update you that, one of our large Consumer Product Group customer ODCs had undergone the Stage 1 certification audit. We are pleased to inform you that there were no non-conformances reported in the audit. However a few comments were shared with us and the same are being addressed. The audit agency has noted a few good practices that are prevalent in areas related to addressing associate concerns and the culture of openness regarding the organizational health and safety aspects. |
