Mahindra Satyam CEO says UK is integral to his business
March 28, 2012: Following the merger of Indian outsourcing giants Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam, CP Gurnani, CEO of Mahindra Satyam, has said that the UK will be a focus for his business.

"The UK is going to be a focus. I see the UK as being the business capital for us...I have a development facility in Milton Keynes, an office in Pall Mall, and we also have a huge facility in Belfast and a huge facility in Scotland. November 21, 2011: Kaspersky Lab, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for broad range collaboration in Information Security solutions.

Under the MOU, Kaspersky Lab, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam have agreed to leverage their strengths in security products and services to develop joint security solutions in the areas of Mobility and Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security Services. These solutions will aim to address the ever-increasing security threats to consumers and corporates in India and Asia Pacific.

Mahindra Satyam’s C.P. Gurnani on Opportunity, Innovation and Uncertainty

December 10, 2010: Indian outsourcer Satyam Computer Services (Mahindra Satyam) plans to offer cloud-based services to customers....
Satyam (Mahindra Satyam) will use third-party hosting companies to host cloud services for its clients rather than invest in data centers itself, said company President Atul Kunwar. Besides offering established third-party enterprise applications in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other areas, the company will offer tools in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model in areas such as analytics, workflow management, and identity management for remote devices, Kunwar said.

Indian outsourcer Satyam (Mahindra Satyam) rebounds to profitability
Indian outsourcer Satyam Computer Services (Mahindra Satyam) reported that it had returned to profit in the quarters ending June 30 and Sept. 30. Profit for the quarter ending Sept. 30 was lower than in the quarter to June 30, largely because of salary increases. Satyam (Mahindra Satyam), which entered a financial crisis last year, is now planning to merge with another Indian outsourcer, Tech Mahindra, which acquired a dominant 43% stake in Satyam (Mahindra Satyam) last year as part of a revival package for the company.
