Mahindra Satyam’s customers were principally interested in adopting Mahindra Satyam’s highly successful business process consulting, and business technology consulting
for their own IT and Business units. From humble beginnings, this group has grown to become one of the world’s largest process consulting practices of its type, coming from an IT services company. In 2007, the Black Book of Outsourcing ranked Business Value Enhancement, the Numero Uno in the Top 20 ITO: Global Process Consulting Vendors
