ELTPs from the Vizag Nissan ODC team spent a part of their first salary, lots of time and energy at Santhi Ashram, an Orphanage. The enthusiasm of the ELTPs encouraged many Associates to join the noble cause. The team sponsored and served lunch to the children, spent time bonding with them, played games and entertained them. The ELTPs also sponsored an electrical pump for water supply in the orphanage. They also discussed, with the President of the orphanage, options for a long-term sustainable engagement – where each Associate would adopt and mentor one child’s career (similar to the ‘Big Brother Big Sister’ concept).

On April 8, eight person with orthopedic disability were placed in Hyderabad. While six of them were placed as call takers in Mahindra Satyam Business Services Group, two candidates were placed as Executive Finance Trainees in Thompson Group.
