| The Indian Red Cross Society lauds Mahindra Satyam Foundations efforts

| Mahindra Satyam Foundation, in association with The Indian Red Cross Society, regularly conducts blood donation drives across all Mahindra Satyam locations. For the last four years, Mahindra Satyam Foundation has been recognized for promoting voluntary Blood donations and being one of the largest corporate donors. |

| On 20 September 2010, V C Kumar, Head and Chief Operating Officer of Mahindra Satyam Foundation, received a Certificate of Merit from His Excellency E S L Narasimhan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, in a function held at Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad. Mahindra Satyam Foundation was recognized for its efforts for motivating the largest number of blood donors during the year 2008-2009.

| Speaking on this occasion, V C Kumar said, “Mahindra Satyam Associates are always eager to donate blood and the Foundation has taken this as a regular activity and continuously educates them on the importance of donating blood voluntarily. This recognition goes to all our associates who have donated blood.”
